2.  HOW TO ENTER:

On an Official Entry Form or similar paper, containing the same information required on this Official Entry Form. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Enter as often as you wish. Entries become the property of sponsor and will not be returned. To be eligible, entries must be received no later than the completion of this trade event.
 

3.  ELIGIBILITY:

Open to all attendees of the event who are residents of the State of Washington, 18 years of age and older as of the date drawing begins, except for officers of ZEE Design & Build (”Sponsor”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household (collectively “Promotion Parties”). Void where prohibited.
 

4.  SELECTION:

The physical, random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor on or about the day following the completion of the event.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner[s] will be notified [by mail/by phone] and must sign and return any required documents within 14 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. FAILURE TO RESPOND WITHIN THE APPLICABLE TIME PERIOD WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF PRIZE AND SPONSOR SHALL HAVE THE OPTION TO AWARD THE PRIZE TO AN ALTERNATE WINNER. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this drawing, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this drawing, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this drawing or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the drawing, or announcement of the prize[s]. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this drawing in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
 

5.  PRIZES:

Arlo doorbell camera. (1-2 per show) prize value approximately $100/each; Wine, coffee, metal tumblers gift basket (1-2 per show) prize value approximately $100/set. Total prize value is approximately US$200-400. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Winners will be notified via Zee’s social media platforms. Prizes will be delivered directly to the winner during a live delivery video, which will be posted on ZEE’s social media.
 

6.  CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM:

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this drawing and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Washington, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this drawing and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Edmonds, Washington. Void where prohibited.
 

7.  WINNERS LIST:

Names of all prize winners, will be available 30 days after the event. Please check the social media pages indicated on the obverse.
